Two-photon sensitive photolabile protecting groups: From molecular engineering to nanostructuration

Abstract

Molecular engineering of highly efficient two-photon sensitive photo-labile protecting groups (cages) for neuroscience will be presented as well as nano-structuration of such molecular systems. Application of caged glutamate in brain sciences will be emphasized.
