In vivo vascular imaging with adaptive optics confocal scanning fluorescence microscopy

Abstract

Adaptive optics is implemented in a confocal scanning fluorescence microscopy with wavefront sensorless scheme. In vivo vascular imaging of mice ear is completed and the results show enhanced imaging contrast and improved signal level.
