Evaluation of Atlas-Based Diffuse Optical Tomography Using Different Registration Methods for Image Recovery

Abstract

Atlas-based DOT consists of three steps: registration, sensitivity matrix calculation and activation recovery. Registration methods provide an accuracy of ~7 mm, leading to ~150% inaccuracy in sensitivity, with little detriment in temporal parameter recovery.
