Time-resolved fluorescence tomography system for small animals imaging – tests on a rat-phantom

Abstract

Time-resolved, fluorescence tomography system for small animals imaging was constructed. The setup is based on time-gated intensified CCD camera and picosecond laser. Preliminary experiments on rat-phantom with fluorescent inclusions were carried out.
