High Resolution Fluorescence Laminar Optical Tomography Based on lp-Norm Regularization

Abstract

We develop a compressive sensing-based reconstruction method with lp-norm regularization for LOT to improve spatial resolution and stability of image reconstruction and carry out numerical experiments with voxel size of 200μm, 100μm and 80μm.
