Abstract

Complex investigation of malignant tumors was performed involving optical coherence tomography, backscattering and Raman spectroscopy. Ex vivo and in vivo experiments for lung and skin tissues were performed for more than 80 samples. Method of early cancer detection based on experimental data analysis was proposed.
