Abstract

We report a novel multimodal spectroscopy methodology that combines broadband near-infrared spectroscopy and magnetic resonance spectroscopy to monitor brain tissue oxygenation and metabolism in a preclinical model of hypoxic-ischaemic neonatal encephalopathy.
