Measuring known aberrations in rat brain slices with Coherence-Gated Wavefront Sensor based on a Linnik interferometer

Abstract

Using a coherence-gated wavefront sensing scheme based on Linnik interferometer, we measured a known defocus up to 400μm into the highly scattering rat brain. The performances with objectives of different NA and magnification are compared.
