Aberration correction of sub-10-fs pulse focusing with high-numerical-aperture microscope objective

Abstract

Deformable mirror is used to correct radially varying group delay in a nonlinear optical microscopy setup aiming to improve signal generation and image resolution. Simulations and experiments which support the efficacy of our method are presented.
