Study on vibration characteristics of two nodal wedges controlled NSOM probe submerged partially in water

Abstract

Vibration characteristics of a dithering NSOM probe being controlled mechanically with two nodal wedges, whose tip end was partially submerged in water, was studied. The optimum controlling condition was found for measuring samples in water.
