Abstract

We developed an alternating-magnetic-field (AMF) device of operating either vertically for in vitro or horizontally for animal study, with frequency ranging from 0.209-1.1MHz. AMF heating of 10nm-core iron-oxide nanoparticles was demonstrated in vivo.
