Detecting Hemoglobin Concentration using the Dual Window Method for Processing Spectroscopic Optical Coherence Tomography Signals

Abstract

We present a technique utilizing parallel frequency-domain OCT with the dual window method for processing SOCT signals to determine hemoglobin concentration. Preliminary data show our system’s ability to quantitatively determine hemoglobin concentration from a phantom.
