Abstract

A dual-wavelength laser speckle contrast imaging technique (DW-LSCI) is presented for simultaneous imaging of cerebral blood flow and hemoglobin oxygenation changes or fluorescent labeled cellular calcium dynamics at high spatiotemporal resolutions.
