Application of NIR Fluorescence Optical Imaging for Quantification of HER2 Receptors Expression in vivo

Abstract

A novel method to characterize HER2 expression in breast carcinomas in vivo is proposed. Analysis of variations in fluorescent intensity at the tumor site (mouse model) after injection of HER2-specific fluorescent probes substantiates our approach.
