Imaging Heterogeneous Absorption Distribution of Advanced Breast Cancers using Optical Tomography Guided by Ultrasound

Abstract

The distribution of tumor vasculature in advanced cancers is complex. In this paper, we characterize the heterogeneous absorption distribution of large targets. A clinical example is given to demonstrate the complexity of tumor vasculature.
