Multimegahertz Optical Coherence Tomography: High Quality Biomedical Imaging beyond 1 Million A-Scans per Second

Abstract

We demonstrate optical coherence tomography with line rates in excess of 1MHz and effective voxel rates >5GHz. Different setups to achieve these super fast line rates are presented and the image quality is compared.
