Reconstruction-Free Imaging of Kaposi’s Sarcoma Using Multi-Spectral Data

Abstract

Multi-spectral imaging was used for Kaposi’s sarcoma lesion follow-up. Reconstruction of blood volume and oxygenation as well as Principal Component Analysis was performed and we demonstrate the relationship between the first principal component and blood.
