Comparison of the Fluorescent Protein Performance in Deep-Tissue Small-Animal Imaging Applications

Abstract

The performance of various fluorescent proteins for in-vivo deep tissue molecular imaging applications is presented. Experimental results and theoretical model prediction show the superiority of the red-shifted fluorescent proteins. Article not available.
