Abstract
The blood pool agent indo-cyanine green (ICG) has been investigated for early detection of rheumatoid arthritis using fluorescence imaging. Different distributions of fluorescence intensity are found for healthy and inflamed finger joints after i.v. injection of an ICG bolus .
