Three-dimensional Lithographic Microfabrication Based on Multiphoton-induced Wide Field Illumination

Abstract

3D multiphoton laser writing microfabrication has good resolution but has relatively low throughput. We suggest 3D multiphoton-induced wide field illumination lithography, and it can be a viable high throughput system for patterning tissue engineering substrates.
