Abstract

Spectrometer based optical coherence tomography at 1050 nm with >70 nm of spectral bandwidth, acquiring 48 k depth scans per second for deeper penetration and isotropic visualization of the full three dimensional choroidal vasculature is demonstrated in vivo.
