Multispectral in-vivo fluorescence imaging: What’s needed, what’s not

Abstract

Use of fluorescent labels for in-vivo imaging has been limited by tissue autofluorescence, now largely avoidable using multispectral imaging. Automated methods, choice of sensor and means of improving signal to noise will be presented.
