Time-Domain Fluorescence Molecular Tomography: A FEM-diffusion based Forward Model

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We present a time-difference-finite-element solution to the coupled diffusion equations that describes the propagation of fluorescence in turbid medium as excited by an ultra-short laser pulse. Two-dimensional numerical simulations are given to validate the method and to obtain essential information for the associate inverse issue
