In Vivo Imaging of Doxorubicin using Frequency Domain Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate the use of LED based frequency domain FLIM for the study of intracellular doxorubicin distributions. FLIM gives functional information beyond that from steady-state measurements and we discuss its potential applications for controlled release.
