Spectral measurement of the relative concentration of two chromophores in localized defects within turbid media

Abstract

We present a spectral approach for assessing relative concentration of two chromophores in localized inhomogeneities within turbid-media. Initial experiments on highly scattering suspensions show that relative concentration of two dyes can be determined within 10%.
