Abstract

We obtain fluorophore absorption reconstructions from small animals in-vivo by incorporating a priori anatomical information obtained from Magnetic Resonance Imaging into the optical measurements. The mismatch between the anatomical and functional images is accounted by using a Tikhonov-based regularization approach.
