A Strategy for Photostable Proximity Bioassays

Abstract

Novel reporters based on juxtaposed lanthanide chelates and noble metal nanoparticles have the potential to enable new photostable proximity assays with high on/off ratios. Results achieved to date show good promise for this approach.
