Three-dimensional fluorescent tomography in presence of absorption: Study of the normalized Born approximation

Abstract

We study the influence of absorption in three-dimensional fluorescent tomographic reconstruction. We show that the normalization used on the data is very important and that the Bom ratio gives surprisingly accurate result.
