In Vivo 3D DOT Imaging of Hand Joints: Studies on Fiber Optics/Tissue Interface

Abstract

We report on in vivo studies of the influence of source/detector arrangement on 3D optical image reconstruction of hand joints. The results suggest proper spatial layout of source/detector fibers can improve the quality of image reconstructions.
