Photon source localization and intensity quantification in diffuse luminescence imaging tomography

Abstract

We present localization and quantification of photon sources in tissue phantoms from a single-view image analyzed by diffuse luminescence imaging tomography. Source intensity of 8% accuracy with 1 mm spatial resolution can be achieved.
