Optical coherence tomography with digital holographic microscopy

Abstract

A new 3D imaging technique combining the advantages of digital holographic microscopy (DHM) with those of reduced coherence interferometry is described. Tomographic images (10μm thick) of epithelial cells of the porcine cornea are presented.
