3-D imaging digital holographic microscopy using spectral phase shifting

Abstract

An acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) based 3-D imaging digital holographic microscopy using an equally spaced 5 arbitrary spectral phase shifting method is described. This method is expected to be applied for biological 3-D spectral imaging.
