4-D Optical Coherence Tomography of a beating chicken embryo heart

Abstract

We are developing Optical Coherence Tomography as a tool for studying developmental cardiology. Using a gated reconstruction technique, we have produced a 4-D representation of a beating stage 28 chicken embryo heart.
