Three-dimensional optical-tomographic dynamic imaging of small tissue volumes

Abstract

We have developed a system for acquiring three-dimensional dynamic images of small tissue volumes. As a first example we explored the real-time response of changes in optical properties inside a human finger caused by partial occlusion of distal veins.
