Optical property measurements using broadband reflectance spectroscopy in human tissues before and after photodynamic therapy

Abstract

Tissue optical properties of various organs in a wide spectral range (600-800 nm) were measured before and after photodynamic therapy treatment for patients with intraperitoneal malignancies. The quantitative information may improve treatment efficacy.
