Pulse shortening and ICR enhancement for PW-class lasers

Abstract

An original technique of implementation self-phase modulation effect for shortening duration and enhancement of intensity contrast ratio of PW pulses was proposed. The possibility of additional pulse compression from 27fs to 2fs was demonstrated.
