Growth behavior of Type I-IR ultrafast laser induced gratings in hydrogen loaded SMF-28 fiber

Abstract

In this study the growth of ultrafast induced fiber Bragg gratings in hydrogen loaded fiber is shown to behave differently than would be expected for gratings written with UV sources.
