High order harmonic generation at 1 MHz repetition rate from an Yb-doped fiber chirped pulse amplification system

Abstract

We use a 100 µJ-class ytterbium-doped fiber, CPA system to generate high order harmonic in gases and we achieve XUV emission in several gases at controllable ultrahigh (100 kHz to 1 MHz) repetition rate.
