Abstract

We demonstrate microwatt-level XUV frequency combs produced by a cavity enhanced, ultra-coherent IR frequency comb. Cavity enhancement and efficient XUV output-coupling enable power-scaling >200MW. We present a study of the intensity dependence of the high-harmonics.
