Abstract

A hexagonally stacked all-glass multi-core leakage-channel fiber consisting of seven 51µm diameter fused silica cores was fabricated. Negligible mode-coupling between the localized core modes and their independent phase-control using a segmented MEMS mirror is demonstrated.
