Abstract

The generation of 1.1 µJ, 310 ps and 0.74 µJ, 711 fs pulses from an all-normal mode-locked Ytterbium-doped large-mode-area microstructure fiber laser is reported. The self-starting oscillator stabilized with two different relaxations SAM structures emits 10 W level average output power at 10 MHz repetition rate range.
