High-Power Diode-Pumped Tm:YLF Laser in Rod and Slab Geometry

Abstract

Using two (one) Tm:YLF rods in a single cavity, 55 W (30 W) at 1.91µm was obtained. The first result from a Tm:YLF laser in slab geometry was 22 W of output power.
