Optical Parametric Oscillator with Delayed Double-Pass Pump and Deep-UV Generation by its Second Harmonic

Abstract

Using 0.49 mJ of pump energy at 532 nm from a DPSS for an intracavity-doubled SRO with delayed double-pass pump, 0.085 mJ at 488 nm and 0.018 mJ in deep UV were obtained.
