Fine Frequency Tuning and ±3 MHz Frequency Stabilisation of a nanosecond Mid-infrared Doubly Resonant Optical Parametric Oscillator

Abstract

Entangled cavity nanosecond optical parametric oscillators are known as powerful devices to fulfill requirements for high resolution spectroscopy. We demonstrate here 100 GHz continuous tuning and ±3MHz frequency stabilization of the signal of such OPO.
