Integration of Multiple-DFB Dye Lasers and Microflow-Channel on a Polymeric Chip

Abstract

Integration techniques of tunable film dye lasers on a plastic optical application chip were studied. We fabricated microflowcytometry chip integrated with DFB film lasers as a first example. Preliminary LIF experiment was also demonstrated.
