Tunable fs Laser Pulses from OPA with MHz Repetition Rate

Abstract

We demonstrate an optical parametric amplifier with 1 MHz repetition frequency and 30 nJ, 16 fs pulses. It is tunable from 0.65 to 0.85 µm (signal) and 1.4 to 2.5 µm (idler) respectively.
