Brightness Conversion using a Raman Fiber Laser Based on a Multimode Fiber

Abstract

The power and modal characteristics of a Raman Fiber Laser based on multimode fiber are investigated by varying reflectivities of output couplers. Brightness enhancement is observed and slope efficiencies as high as 62% are reported.
