Abstract

The wave-front aberration of a 700W CW-LD-pumped high-power Nd:YAG MOPA system is investigated. With a membrance type of deformable mirror, the wave front was corrected to be flat. No surface damage on the deformable mirror was observed after irradiation of 200W with a laser beam of 2mm diameter.
