Synchronous Tunable Optical Pulses

Abstract

Synchronous tunable optical pulses at 2 widely separated wavelengths are generated in a single Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. The pulses are collinear and synchronous, essentially independent level of pumping, solely through resonator design. Outputs are mixed or doubled producing red, orange, and green pulses, reminescent of at stop light, Synchronous Tunable Optical Pulses.
