Abstract

An optical gas standard (OGS) based on time-multiplexed direct tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy and wavelength modulation spectroscopy is presented. Using CO2 as surrogate gas a HCl detection-limit of 380 pptv is confirmed for the HCl 1-0 P5 line.
